At Three Roots, we offer a range of professional development formats designed to meet educators where they are—whether they’re new to the field and working toward certification or looking to deepen their practice.
Working in teacher preperation for over a decade, we are passionate about staff development that is grounded in real classroom experiences and focused on practical strategies educators can implement right away.
We offer flexible delivery options to fit the needs of your district, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid models.
Common Topics Include
Legally sound and meaningful IEPs, assessment and systems of data collection, high leverage practices for teaching students with disabilities, inclusive and collaborative practices including co-teaching and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), secondary transition planning and instruction including community-based instruction, assistive technology, behavior support, and family engagement.
